The Dresser Roots Micro Corrector PTZ is an electronic volume corrector
that takes incoming pulses from a meter and records the pressure and temperature to calculate the standard cubic feet of gas that has passed through the meter.

The Roots micro corrector PTZ is the smallest and lightest volume corrector on the market today (the wall/pipe mount version weighs less than 3 pounds!) measuring only 6-1/4 inches in width. It is designed for universal mounting on instrument drive rotary, diaphragm and turbine meters.

Here are some of the key features of The Micro Corrector PTZ:

• The Micro Corrector can be instrument drive, wall, pipe or meter bracket mounted and has two instrument drive options – either with or without uncorrected mechanical counter
• It has a battery life of 5+ Years; this is because it doesn’t require much power to work. The Micro Corrector also gives you a warning about a low battery at a minimum of 2 months before it is to run out
• You can check the readings; remotely through a laptop or a PC or you can read the readings through a direct connection
• It has a ‘one click screen’ and an easy to use navigation interface.
• The front panel has an “easy to push” scroll button, which eliminates the need for magnets
• It can easily be modified for forward or reverse motion
